National Memorials help us remember historic people or events of our country that should not be forgotten. When you adopt or claim your spot at a memorial it makes a lasting keepsake or unique gift to someone who has a special tie to the event.
As the stewards of our country, we have a responsibility to maintain them for our children and future generations. It is impossible for any of us to do this individually, but if each of us participates just a little bit (little thing) then it becomes very possible to create a lasting future (BIG THING) for our memorials.
